Daily Free Yoga Classes
The objective of these free classes is to improve over all health and well being of the society. From these classes one can expect to learn basic yoga practices that can be done by any age group.Each batch runs for 4 weeks during which you will be learning Sukshma Vyayamas ( warm up exercises), Yogic Postures, Surya Namaskarams( Sun Salutations) , Pranayama ( breathing exercises) and Meditation.

About me
I am Uma and I live in Redditch, UK. I am a certified yoga instructor and have completed Diploma in Yoga from Bharat Sevak Samaj (BSS) in Distinction. BSS is a national development agency estd., in 1952 by planning commission, Government of India. Yoga back in the days was taught by the gurus for free.My journey started the same even though in the advanced stages I had to spend my yoga journey started with free learning and I wanted to offer the same to those who want to learn Yoga.

Runs for 45 minutes from 6:00 am - 6:45 am (Mon - Wed)
06:00 am - 06:05 am Invocation
06:05 am - 06:15 am Sukshma Vyayama
06:15 am - 06:35 am Yoga Asanas
06:35 am - 6:45 am Pranayama or Meditation
